I am proud to say that five generations of my family have called Marin County home. From my Great Grandparents moving to Mill Valley after the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, to my growing family living in Novato. There is no place I'd rather call home.
My enthusiasm for the area I grew up is one the main reasons I entered into real estate. Knowing the neighborhoods and schools, builders and developers, parks and playgrounds, trails and open-space, is a value I bring to my clients. Along with 100+ years of family and friends to connect with, I know I can find exactly what you need.
Having grown up in Novato and attending the public schools personally, I can tell you more about the schools than the statistics on the annual report. I also obtained a degree from the University of Colorado in Operations Management. Which has helped tremendously in growing my business.
I have been a licensed Realtor since 2003. I spent time as an assistant to top producing agents before I became a Realtor. Before I handled my first transaction in my name, I had been involved in well over 150 deals. This experience has led to an intricate knowledge of the forms and transaction software to ensure no item is overlooked.
My connections within the real estate community are very deep. I operate a referral based business and rely heavily on quality service providers in numerous professions to assist in each transaction to exceed my clients expectations. I follow up after every referral to solicit feedback about the service, making sure the task was completed to my clients satisfaction.
As an experienced Realtor, I am qualified in guiding you with buying or selling a home. My goal is to build relationships. Maybe you're buying or selling a home, and maybe you're not. I'd like to build your trust so that when you are ready to make an investment you know who you'd call. And furthermore, you know who you would refer your friends and family that are thinking about making a move. That's the highest compliment I can receive.
